Melissa Rivers sues clinic over Mum's death

According to Tmz, Melissa Rivers has just filed a huge lawsuit against the clinic where Joan Rivers heart stopped beating.
Melissa's lawyers says that the doctors acted like a bunch of groupies and not medical professionals,The law suit claims gross medical malpractices alleging during the twenty minutes the doctors tried to bring Joan back to life,they didn't think to perform a tracheotomy,which facilitates breathing.
Melissa accused the clinic of medical mismanagement,incompetency,disrespect,and outrageous behavior,she added that not only did her mum deserved better,but every patient deserves better.
Joan's personal doctor,Gwen Korovin was also sued,and the charge against her is that,she was not supposed to be in that room where the operation was being performed,yet she jumped in and said '"I will go first",the suit also claims that another doctor took pictures of Joan claiming that "Joan will like to see this in the recovery room".
According to the lawsuit,Gwen left the room in the middle of the emergency cos she knew she was not supposed to be there in the first place and she wanted to avoid getting caught,it was also said that in the middle of the emergency,another doctor took issue with a colleague who wanted to scope the affected area saying,"Renuka you are such a curious cat,you always want to know everything". the lawsuit claims the doctor refused to authorize the scope.
Lawyer Jeffrey bloom said that had it been that the doctors acted as professionals instead of groupies,that Joan would have been doing "Fashion police" last week.
The clinic,Yorkville Endoscopy has been under intense scrutiny and they are set to lose their accreditation at the end of next month.
